1. Eligibility & Membership

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years (female) or 21 years (male) of age to register.
• Marital Status: We welcome individuals who are legally Single (Never Married), Widowed, or Legally Divorced. We also accept registrations from those currently Awaiting Divorce, provided that legal proceedings are documented.
• Community Focus: This platform is primarily designed for the Gaud Saraswat Brahmin (GSB) and other Konkani-speaking Hindu communities.
• Right of Admission: Membership and admission rights are reserved by Sambandh. We reserve the right to decline or terminate membership without providing a reason.

2. Account Security & Verification

Mandatory Verification

To maintain platform integrity, all users must submit a valid government-issued Aadhaar Card. Profiles will only be made "Active" after manual verification by our operations team.

Confidentiality

You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your login credentials. Any activity originating from your account is your legal responsibility.

Accuracy

You represent that all details (Education, Horoscope, etc.) provided are truthful. False information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3. Services and Platform Features

Matrimonial Intent

Sambandh is strictly for serious matrimonial purposes. It is not a dating site. Any use of the platform for casual dating or non-matrimonial networking is prohibited.

Horoscope Matching

We offer automated Guna Milan based on algorithms coded by experts based on traditional Vedic principles. This is an advisory feature; we do not guarantee life compatibility based on these reports.

4. Fees, Payments & Refunds

Service Fees

Presently a platform fees of ₹. 500/- is charged to access the service.

5. Use of Contact Information & Profile Downloads

Responsibility

Upon downloading a profile, you gain access to sensitive contact information. You agree to use this information respectfully and solely for matrimonial inquiries.

Competition Acknowledgment

Since this is an open platform, multiple users may download the same profile. Sambandh is not liable for the number of interests a profile receives or the outcomes of these interactions.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Data Scraping: Using any automated system or software to extract data/photographs from the website.
• Content Redistribution: Sharing, selling, or publishing any profile details or transcripts of private communications on social media or other third-party platforms.
• Inactivity: Users are encouraged to deactivate their profiles once a match is found. Profiles inactive for more than 90 days may be automatically set to "Inactive" to ensure the database remains current.

7. Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee

Sambandh is a facilitator, not a guarantor. We do not guarantee a successful marriage or a specific number of matches.

User Disputes

We are not responsible for any disputes, financial losses, or physical/emotional harm arising from interactions between users. We strongly advise users to conduct independent background checks.

Third-Party Content

We are not liable for false information provided by users.

8. Modification & Termination

Changes to Terms

Sambandh reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.

Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account found violating community standards or the law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the Laws of the Government of India. Any legal disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the respective courts from where we operate.
